Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team in Vernier, Geneva. This role is crucial for managing the lifecycle of various contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our business operations. The successful candidate will be a proficient English speaker with no German language skills required, comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts, as well0as maintaining a robust contract management system.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to negotiation, execution, and renewal/termination.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing clear advice and solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, sales, and operational teams to align contractual terms with business objectives.
- Maintain and update the contract management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to business teams on contract processes and best practices.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Facilitate dispute resolution and manage claims related to contractual matters.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role (minimum 4 years).
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; no German required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the professional services or consulting industry.
- Familiarity with international contract standards and cross-border transactions.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CPCM).
