Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Negotiator to join our legal and business development team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute significantly to our global operations from anywhere. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding company interests while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, sales, and business development teams to understand business needs and translate them into contractual terms.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal and commercial risks associated with contract terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and support the lifecycle management of agreements.
- Provide clear and concise advice on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and improvement of contract templates, policies, and procedures.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with international contract law and cross-border transactions.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French) is a plus.
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CCCM, CFCM).
