Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR Manager – Corporate Responsibility to join our team in Graz. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our corporate social responsibility initiatives and strategies across the organization. You will play a key part in enhancing our sustainability profile, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring our operations align with global best practices in ethical business and environmental stewardship. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change within a leading financial institution.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and programs in alignment with business objectives and international standards.
• Manage and report on key CSR performance indicators, including ESG metrics, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operations, Risk) to integrate CSR principles into daily operations and decision-making.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, including community partnerships, employee volunteering programs, and dialogue with NGOs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
• Prepare and publish annual sustainability reports, ensuring transparency and adherence to relevant reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD).
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and working groups related to CSR and sustainability.
• Educate and train employees on CSR policies and initiatives to foster a culture of responsibility.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CSR strategies and programs.
• Strong understanding of international sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related discipline.
