Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team in Delmenhorst. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our English-speaking SaaS customers, ensuring their successful adoption, retention, and expansion of HubSpot’s products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey, proactively identifying their needs, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. This is a crucial role for our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Manage a portfolio of English-speaking customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and expansion by educating customers on best practices and new features.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer health, present value, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks, developing strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and playbooks.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing, sales, and service automation tools.
