We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and customer loyalty for the Red Bull brand. You will manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, from strategy and content creation to deployment, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven results.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Design, build, and deploy engaging email templates and content (newsletters, promotional offers, lifecycle emails, etc.).
• Segment audience lists and personalize email content to maximize relevance and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure email compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams including content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage email marketing platforms and tools, ensuring efficient operation and utilization.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role (2+ years).
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
