We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented English Speaking Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in Salzburg, Austria. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working from our vibrant office and remote work. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our product flow, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods. You will be responsible for forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination with various departments and international partners, all while operating in an English-speaking professional environment. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will be key to maintaining our high standards of efficiency and reliability.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement supply chain plans to meet business objectives and customer demands.
• Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
• Utilize ERP systems and other planning tools to optimize supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and project statuses to management.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or beverage industry.
• Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
• Experience with international logistics and customs procedures.
