We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused English Speaking Technical Account Manager to join our team in Salzburg. In this hybrid role, you will be a trusted advisor to our key enterprise customers, ensuring their success with Microsoft technologies. You will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives, helping customers maximize their investment and realize the full potential of our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including IT decision-makers and technical teams.
• Proactively identify customer needs and pain points, providing strategic guidance and technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product teams, and support engineers to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Drive adoption and consumption of Microsoft cloud services and on-premises solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, deployment, and operational best practices.
• Escalate and manage critical technical issues to resolution, ensuring timely communication to customers.
• Develop and execute customer success plans, including technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical account management, consulting, or pre-sales role.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Experience with competitive cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of IT security, networking, and data management principles.
• Ability to speak German is a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
