We are seeking a creative and visionary Fashion Designer with a strong focus on Brand Development to join our dynamic team in Graz. This role is crucial in shaping the aesthetic and narrative of Wolford’s collections, ensuring they align with our brand identity and market positioning. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing new designs, contributing to the strategic direction of product lines, and translating innovative ideas into tangible, high-quality fashion pieces that resonate with our discerning clientele. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the conceptualization and design of new collections, focusing on brand alignment and market trends.
• Develop detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for new garments and accessories.
• Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product execution.
• Oversee the selection of materials, trims, and colors, maintaining Wolford’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
• Participate in fitting sessions, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure design integrity and perfect fit.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the brand's visual identity and seasonal narratives.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and brand vision.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury apparel, hosiery, or lingerie.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile properties.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand identity into compelling design concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
