Are you passionate about fashion, trends, and the business behind the latest collections? H&M Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandising Intern to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion merchandising, working directly with our global product teams. You will support various aspects of product development, inventory management, and market analysis, contributing to the success of our collections. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the chance to learn from industry experts while contributing to a leading global fashion brand.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist merchandising teams in product assortment planning and development.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging fashion directions.
• Support in analyzing sales data and inventory levels to optimize product flow.
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product launches.
• Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising strategies and performance.
• Maintain product databases and ensure accuracy of information.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to merchandising operations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated passion for fashion and understanding of current trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
