We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew as Flight Attendants for international routes. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel the world, provide exceptional service to a diverse range of passengers, and represent one of the most prestigious airlines globally. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers throughout their journey, from pre-flight checks to landing.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and cabin during all phases of flight, strictly adhering to all aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger needs and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities, ensuring a pleasant in-flight experience.
- Manage emergency situations effectively and calmly, including first aid administration when necessary.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, verify cabin readiness, and ensure all emergency equipment is in working order.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, and help with baggage stowage.
- Handle in-flight sales of duty-free products and manage transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold Lufthansa's service standards and brand image at all times.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Valid passport with unrestricted travel ability.
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
