We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Greenhouse Tomato Pickers to join our agricultural team in Hagen. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, appreciate fresh produce, and thrive in a structured environment. No prior experience is necessary; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. English speakers are especially encouraged to apply as we foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully pick ripe tomatoes from plants in a greenhouse setting.
• Sort and grade tomatoes according to quality standards.
• Package tomatoes efficiently for transport and sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the greenhouse.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Assist with general plant care, such as pruning and trellising, as needed.
• Report any plant health issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail for quality control and accurate picking.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to work in a warm and humid greenhouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg occasionally.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or greenhouse work is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of German language is an advantage.
