We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Heirloom Tomato Helper to join our agricultural team in Stendal. This role is crucial for maintaining the health and productivity of our heirloom tomato crops, ensuring they are nurtured from seedling to harvest. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Fluency in English is required as part of our diverse team environment. This is an on-site position located at our farming facilities.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assisting with the planting, pruning, and trellising of heirloom tomato plants.
• Monitoring plants for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Carefully harvesting ripe heirloom tomatoes according to quality standards.
• Preparing harvested produce for packaging and transport.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in growing areas and greenhouses.
• Operating basic farming equipment under supervision.
• Following all safety protocols and quality control guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
