We are seeking enthusiastic and physically fit individuals to join our team as Hop Harvesting Assistants for the upcoming season. This is a temporary, on-site position based in the beautiful region around Chur, Switzerland. As a Hop Harvesting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in collecting and processing high-quality hops, an essential ingredient for brewing. This physically demanding role offers a unique opportunity to experience Swiss agriculture first-hand, working outdoors in a team environment. Fluency in English is required to ensure effective communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-picking hops from vines with care and efficiency.
• Assisting with the operation of hop harvesting machinery, under supervision.
• Sorting and cleaning harvested hops to meet quality standards.
• Transporting harvested hops to drying and processing areas.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
• Working collaboratively with team members and farm supervisors.

• Fluency in English (verbal communication).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
