We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Management Intern to join our remote team. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist with virtual guest relations and support, handling inquiries and feedback in English.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of remote training materials for hospitality staff.
- Support marketing and communications efforts, including social media content creation and campaign analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Help organize and coordinate virtual events and internal meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and project progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the remote team operations.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
