Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybrid Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our Operations team in Hamburg. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities. You will lead the implementation of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. This hybrid role will involve a blend of on-site presence at our manufacturing sites and remote work, ensuring a flexible yet impactful contribution to our operational strategy.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED) across various production lines and departments.
- Conduct detailed process analysis to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement, developing and executing action plans to address them.
- Mentor and coach operational teams on Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and report on progress to leadership.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate Lean principles into new product introductions and process designs.
- Drive the standardization of work processes and best practices across manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and present project plans, progress reports, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Lean Manufacturing or Operations Excellence roles within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in implementing Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, TPM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in the industrial automation, automotive, or electronics manufacturing sectors.
