We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hybrid Mobile Games Producer to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in guiding the development of our next generation of mobile games, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and a compelling player experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing projects from conception through live operations, fostering a collaborative environment, and championing player needs.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Lead and manage the entire game development lifecycle for mobile titles, from concept to launch and live operations.
- Define, scope, and prioritize project goals, features, and roadmaps in collaboration with design, art, and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the game's vision, quality standards, and player experience goals are met.
- Manage internal and external dependencies, resolving roadblocks efficiently.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews, retrospectives, and post-mortems to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, player feedback, and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the mobile games industry.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play mobile game mechanics, monetization, and live operations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with various game engines and development tools.
