Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our innovative team in Aurich. As an RTE, you will play a critical role in facilitating and guiding an Agile Release Train (ART) in a hybrid work model, ensuring the successful delivery of value in complex software and system development initiatives. You will act as a servant leader and coach for the ART, helping teams achieve their objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate organizational complexities to remove impediments and drive progress.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Facilitate ART events and processes (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new mindsets and practices, helping them adhere to SAFe principles and practices.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within the ART.
  • Foster a high-performing environment by promoting transparency, collaboration, and accountability across all teams.
  • Report ART progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Support the implementation of SAFe principles and practices across the organization, advocating for agile best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager).
  • Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent role, facilitating large-scale agile programs.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.
  • Excellent servant leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
  • Experience with large-scale software or system development projects in the automotive or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
