We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hybrid Solid Waste Management Consultant with a specialization in Recycling Technology to join our dynamic team in Remscheid. This role requires a blend of on-site presence for project engagement and the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced recycling strategies, optimizing waste management processes, and advising clients on sustainable practices. You will leverage cutting-edge technology to analyze waste streams, design efficient collection and sorting systems, and identify opportunities for material recovery and circular economy initiatives. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct comprehensive waste stream analyses for diverse industrial and municipal clients.
• Develop and implement innovative recycling technologies and solid waste management plans.
• Advise clients on best practices for waste reduction, segregation, and resource recovery.
• Optimize existing waste management operations for efficiency and environmental compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical specifications for projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in solid waste management and recycling.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solid waste management, recycling, or environmental consulting.
• Proven expertise in recycling technologies and circular economy principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and report writing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
