Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Germany. You will be instrumental in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies, focusing on building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and driving brand awareness and engagement across English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a proven track record in successful influencer campaigns.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including brief development, content review, and timely delivery.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, social media, content, and brand teams.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency is a must).
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with diverse influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Grin).
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
