We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This is a fully remote position, focused on developing engaging and effective learning experiences in English for our global workforce and clients. You will be instrumental in transforming complex information into accessible, interactive, and impactful learning content across various modalities, including e-learning, blended learning, and virtual instructor-led training. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of instructional design principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative learning solutions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective learning solutions, primarily in English, using instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives, content requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Create a variety of learning materials, including storyboards, scripts, interactive e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other relevant software to produce interactive digital content.
• Conduct needs assessments and audience analyses to tailor learning solutions to diverse learner groups.
• Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning engagement and retention.
• Develop assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning theory.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Native-level proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or business information into clear and concise learning content.
