Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Trials Intern to join our dynamic team in Salzburg, Austria. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and clinical research to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment. This internship is designed for individuals who are fluent in English, as no German language skills are required. You will support various aspects of clinical trial operations, learning about study startup, patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to impactful research while developing foundational skills in the clinical trials domain.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the preparation and review of clinical trial documentation, including protocols, consent forms, and case report forms.
• Support the coordination of study activities, including site initiation visits and monitoring visits.
• Help maintain clinical trial master files and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in data entry and quality control checks for clinical trial data.
• Collaborate with clinical project managers and other team members to ensure smooth study progression.
• Conduct literature reviews and gather information relevant to ongoing clinical studies.
• Assist with tracking and reporting of study progress and milestones.
• Learn and apply Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn.

• Basic understanding of clinical research principles or regulatory affairs.
• Previous experience in a laboratory or research setting (academic or industry).
