Are you a proactive and analytical student eager to make an impact in the world of e-commerce? Zalando is looking for a passionate E-Commerce Strategy Intern to join our team in Feldkirch. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive online growth and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to projects that span market analysis, competitive intelligence, data-driven decision making, and operational efficiency within our e-commerce operations. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce sector.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving online sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, product, and tech, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
• Contribute to the optimization of customer journeys and user experience on our e-commerce platforms.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior internship experience in a related field (e-commerce, marketing, consulting).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German) is beneficial but not required.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle e-commerce.
