Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in Product Management? Personio is looking for a driven and curious Product Management Intern to join our innovative SaaS start-up environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, within a fast-paced and supportive team. You will work closely with experienced Product Managers, engineers, and designers to contribute to features that impact thousands of businesses across Europe. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist Product Managers in defining product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Support the creation of user stories, wireframes, and mockups.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product review meetings.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Help prepare product launch materials and internal communications.
• Monitor product performance and assist in analyzing key metrics.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior experience with product design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) or project management software (e.g., Jira) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with HR processes or HR software.
• Experience with data analysis tools or basic SQL.
