We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Jalapeno Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team in St. Johann im Pongau. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to work outdoors and contribute to the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality jalapeno peppers. No prior German language skills are required, making this an excellent opportunity for international applicants or those looking to start a career in agriculture without a language barrier. You will be an integral part of our farming operations, ensuring the health and productivity of our crops from planting to harvest.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting jalapeno peppers.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision.
• Assist with irrigation systems and general field maintenance.
• Sort, pack, and prepare harvested crops for transport.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and agricultural best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the fields and surrounding work areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team, following instructions from supervisors.
