Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our agricultural team as Leek Harvesting Operatives in Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein. This is a temporary, seasonal position offering an excellent opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the supply of fresh vegetables. No prior experience is necessary, and importantly, no German language skills are required for this role. We provide a supportive environment where you can learn new skills and be part of a vital agricultural process.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually harvest leeks according to established quality standards and procedures.
• Carefully handle harvested produce to prevent damage.
• Work efficiently and safely in an outdoor agricultural environment.
• Assist with the preparation of leeks for transport and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with team members from diverse backgrounds.

• Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
