Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Music Producer / Audio Engineer to join our vibrant team at our English-language studio in Graz, Austria. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong technical background in audio engineering, combined with creative flair in music production. You will be instrumental in bringing musical visions to life, working on a diverse range of projects from recording and mixing to mastering and post-production, primarily for English-speaking artists and projects. This is an on-site position requiring daily presence in our modern studio facility.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Operate and maintain studio recording equipment, including microphones, consoles, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
- Record, mix, and master audio tracks to professional industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with artists and producers to understand their vision and contribute creative input.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality audio productions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with studio hardware and software.
- Assist with studio setup, sound design, and acoustic treatment as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest audio technology, software, and industry trends.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in leading DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Studio One.
- Expert knowledge of audio recording, mixing, and mastering techniques.
- Strong understanding of acoustics and studio signal flow.
- Excellent ear for detail and critical listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating professional audio production and engineering work.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Audio Engineering, Music Production, or a related field.
- Experience with various music genres, particularly those popular in English-speaking markets.
- Knowledge of sound design and post-production for film/video games.
