We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mustard Seed Harvesters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal full-time work in agriculture, with no prior German language skills required. As a vital part of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for the efficient collection and initial processing of mustard seeds, contributing directly to the quality and yield of our products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe working practices in an outdoor environment. Training will be provided, ensuring you are well-equipped for all tasks.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and maintain harvesting machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Perform manual harvesting tasks, including inspection and sorting of mustard seeds.
• Monitor crop quality during the harvesting process and report any issues.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of harvested crops.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding harvesting techniques and procedures.
