We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding international start-up. Based in Schloss Neuhaus, Paderborn, this role is crucial for optimizing our operational processes and ensuring seamless service delivery across various regions. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, managing complex logistics, and implementing strategic initiatives that support our ambitious growth targets. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support international expansion and market entry.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal company policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a logistics, technology, or start-up environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
