We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join our fast-paced international start-up environment. This role is crucial for optimizing our operational processes, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving efficiency across various international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in operational management within a dynamic, multi-cultural setting. You will be instrumental in implementing strategies that enhance our operational performance and support our global expansion.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality across multiple international markets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with country teams and central functions to standardize best practices and ensure consistent service levels.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demands, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology and process innovations.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in operational activities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a fast-paced international company or start-up.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with process automation and digital transformation projects.
