We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Packaging Machine Loader to join our production team in Wels, Austria. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fluency in English is welcome, as we value diversity and communication from all backgrounds. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our packaging lines by efficiently loading materials and supporting general production activities.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Load packaging materials (e.g., containers, lids, labels) onto machines according to production schedules.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.
• Report any material shortages or machine malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Perform quality checks on packaging materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials up to 15 kg.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery.

• Forklift license or experience operating pallet jacks.
