We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role for someone passionate about driving growth through digital channels. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving ambitious business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Switzerland.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and other digital channels.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create, A/B test, and optimize campaign creatives, landing pages, and ad copy for improved conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to attribute conversions and optimize customer acquisition funnels.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
