We are seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals based in Frankfurt am Main. This pivotal role requires a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex schedules and personal affairs with complete confidentiality. The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal commitments for our discerning clients.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage intricate calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international) with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and correspondence, and handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee household staff, vendors, and property management as required.
- Handle personal errands, gift procurement, event planning, and social engagements.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process invoices, expenses, and manage budgets for personal accounts.
- Assist with research projects and special initiatives as directed.
- Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy and data protection protocols at all times.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to UHNW individuals, C-suite executives, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proven experience managing complex schedules, travel logistics, and personal affairs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
