Join our dedicated team at Frigemo AG as a Pimiento Farm Helper in Bad Ragaz. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about agriculture who wish to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality pimientos. No prior German language skills are required, making this an accessible role for international applicants or those new to Switzerland. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our pimiento farm, working outdoors and contributing to all stages of the crop cycle, from planting to harvest. We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals eager to learn and work hard in a supportive team environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assisting with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of pimiento crops.
• Performing general farm duties, including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation.
• Operating basic farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Monitoring crop health and identifying any signs of pests or diseases.
• Participating in irrigation and fertilization tasks.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborating effectively with the farm management team and fellow workers.
