Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to join our Global Product Team based in Oldenburg. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key global product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and align with our company’s strategic goals. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Define, communicate, and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a global product area.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and customer value.
- Lead sprint planning, review meetings, and backlog grooming sessions with Agile development teams.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices within the organization.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role, preferably with global product exposure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex product concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe POPM (SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
- Experience with enterprise-level software products or B2B solutions.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics or business intelligence products.
