As a Product Owner for our Global Product Team, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the next generation of digital products and services that captivate our audience and drive business growth. You will bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution, ensuring that our global product initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic vision. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product management, and exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders across various regions and departments.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a global product area.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure maximum business value and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and gather insights to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product status, issues, and strategic direction.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, regulations, and best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products globally.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Experience in the consumer goods, media, or sports industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish).
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven product development.
