We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner for our Factory Logistics team in Salzburg. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing our production schedules and ensuring efficient material flow within our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production, procurement, and logistics departments to meet targets, minimize delays, and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand and material availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address unforeseen issues or changes in priority.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient internal material movement and finished goods dispatch.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Analyze production data to forecast future needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on production status, material shortages, and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in production planning activities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP PP/MM modules).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and German.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
