• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
• Support corporate development activities, including M&A analysis and due diligence.
• Analyze financial performance against benchmarks and provide strategic insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather data, understand drivers, and align financial strategies.
• Assist in long-range financial planning and capital expenditure analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field (minimum 3 years).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
