Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technical domains to support our projects and client needs globally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT landscapes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in building our technical workforce, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, social media, etc.) to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screening calls to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- 3+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for this global role.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for complex technical roles.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, Cybersecurity, DevOps).
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a high-volume pipeline.

- Experience recruiting for a large global consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with European labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
