Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Research Coordinator to join our esteemed Academic Institute. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support for various research projects, ensuring their smooth execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex tasks in a dynamic academic setting. You will work closely with researchers, faculty members, and external partners to facilitate impactful scientific discoveries and maintain the highest standards of research integrity.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Coordinate and monitor research project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internal and external.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of grant applications, reports, and other research documentation.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, workshops, and seminars, including logistical arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, databases, and administrative files.
- Facilitate ethical review processes and ensure compliance with university and funding body guidelines.
- Support financial administration of projects, including budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through various channels.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for professional communication.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably within an academic or research environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
