We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our fully remote marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients‘ organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to their websites. You will conduct comprehensive keyword research, perform technical SEO audits, optimize on-page content, and build high-quality backlinks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and analytics tools. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for various clients, aligned with their business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for website optimization (e.g., site architecture, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness).
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, including link building and digital PR outreach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
- Provide clear, concise, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization practices and algorithms.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
