We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Shoe Factory Helper to join our production team in Oberpullendorf, Austria. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing, regardless of their German language skills. As a Shoe Factory Helper, you will play a crucial role in various stages of the shoe production process, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and the high quality of our products. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the assembly and finishing of shoe components.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality control.
• Pack and prepare shoes for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support senior production staff as needed.
