Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Spinach Harvesters. This temporary, on-site role involves the manual harvesting of spinach crops on our farms in Uster. No prior German language skills are required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals from all backgrounds eager to contribute to the agricultural sector. You will work outdoors, engaging in hands-on farm work that is crucial for bringing fresh, high-quality produce from our fields to Swiss tables. This position demands reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually harvest spinach crops efficiently and carefully to ensure optimal yield and quality.
• Prepare fields for harvesting, including minor weeding or debris removal.
• Perform quality checks on harvested spinach, discarding damaged or unsuitable leaves.
• Bundle and package harvested spinach according to company standards.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily harvesting targets.
