We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Spinach Harvesters. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals to contribute to the fresh produce supply chain for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers. No prior German language skills are required, making this role accessible to a diverse range of candidates. You will be responsible for the careful harvesting and initial processing of spinach in an outdoor, agricultural setting. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-harvesting spinach efficiently and carefully to ensure optimal quality.
• Assisting with the sorting and packing of freshly harvested produce.
• Operating basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the harvesting areas.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control.
• Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of English or another common language for team communication.
