We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Syringe Packaging Worker to join our manufacturing team in Herdern, Freiburg im Breisgau. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to the production of essential medical devices. In this role, you will be responsible for the final packaging and inspection of medical syringes, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality and safety standards before distribution.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect syringes for defects, proper labeling, and conformity to quality specifications.
• Accurately count and pack syringes into designated cartons and boxes.
• Apply labels, seals, and other packaging materials as per product requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
• Document production and quality control data accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy skills for counting and record-keeping.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality control systems.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or sterile environment.
• Basic German language skills are a plus, but not required.
