You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring their systems run smoothly. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Log and track all support requests and incidents using our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant teams as needed, following established protocols.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic system navigation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, printer issues, and common application problems.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear and patient communication.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
