Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Provide first-line support to English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Document client interactions, problems, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client empathy in all communications.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or equivalent institution.
  • Native-level or highly fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems or interest in technology.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (even voluntary).
  • Basic German language skills are a plus, but not required for this English-only role.
  • Availability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
