Are you a highly motivated university student with a passion for people and technology? Hays is looking for a dynamic Working Student to join our IT Recruitment team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition, specifically within the IT sector. You will support our experienced consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top IT professionals, all while enhancing your communication and organizational skills in an international environment. Your English language proficiency will be a key asset in connecting with diverse talent pools.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Support IT Recruitment Consultants in daily operational tasks, including candidate sourcing and database management.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and email to assess suitability for open positions.
- Assist with job posting creation and optimization across various platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare candidate profiles and presentations for clients.
- Contribute to market research and talent mapping initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the team.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Business Administration, HR, IT, Psychology, or related fields).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Initial experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service through internships or part-time jobs.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in IT roles and technologies.
- Knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory.
