Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide first-level IT support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot common IT problems, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (laptops, desktops) and peripherals.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
• Support users with Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software.
• Participate in IT asset management tasks, including inventory and tracking of IT equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT specialists as needed.
• Contribute to improving IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience with IT ticketing systems.
