We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Zoology Intern to join our remote data team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world zoological research by assisting with data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis from various sources. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced researchers, gaining hands-on experience in data management and analysis within the field of zoology and conservation.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the collection and compilation of zoological data from scientific literature, databases, and field reports.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Organize and manage large datasets using various software tools.
• Conduct preliminary data analysis under supervision, identifying trends and patterns relevant to research objectives.
• Prepare summaries and visualizations of data findings.
• Contribute to the documentation of data methodologies and processes.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and discussions.

• Strong interest in zoology, biology, or environmental science.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
