Join HubSpot as a Remote B2B Lead Generator, playing a critical role in expanding our global reach. This 100% remote position seeks a highly motivated and results-driven individual to identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across diverse international markets. You will be instrumental in initiating contact with potential clients, articulating HubSpot’s value proposition, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Leveraging your keen understanding of B2B sales cycles and market trends, you will connect businesses with our comprehensive suite of CRM, marketing, sales, and customer service platforms.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Proactively identify and research potential B2B leads through various channels including online research, social media, and industry databases.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with HubSpot's ideal customer profile.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and professional networking platforms to introduce HubSpot's solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition of HubSpot's products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system (HubSpot CRM).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role (at least 2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify qualified leads effectively.
